On November 6, the Association of the Church of God in the central part of Gyeonggi province in Korea received double blessings. The Geumjeong Church in Gunpo city had the dedication service in the afternoon, and the Manan Church in Anyang city in the evening along with the Third Day service. The members living in Gwangmyeong and Euiwang cities as well as the members in Gunpo and Anyang cities attended the service to share the joy of dedication of the two churches.

Mother blessed the members who made efforts for the gospel, and gave thanks to God the Father for granting large and gracious temples for the salvation of souls. Mother earnestly asked in prayer that the members who gathered there would all offer beautiful fruits to God with beautiful minds, and the temple would be filled with good fruits God is pleased with. And also, Mother asked the members to overcome the earthly difficulties with the hope for heaven, and lead many poor people who get tired of a tough life to the kingdom of heaven where there is no more worry or concern while taking care of and serving one another, being united in love.
General Pastor Kim Joo-cheol emphasized the mission of the church as the “light of the world,” quoting the prophecy of Isaiah, “Nations and kings will come to the light of the glory of Jerusalem” (Isa 60:1-4). And he preached that the church that believes in God the Mother as well as God the Father is the true church, and that “spreading the news about God, the light of truth, to Samaria and to the ends of the earth” is the mission of the true church. He hoped that the temples dedicated to God that day would brighten the way of salvation by shining the glory of Jerusalem Mother over the whole world.

The Geumjeong Church is situated in Geumjeong ward, Gunpo city, as a cozy two-story building. As this temple was being built in the dark place even from the physical point of view, the people around the church visited the construction site in admiration, seeing a bright and warm “light” even before it was completed. As for the Manan Church, the size of the church building was enlarged to twice the size it was before as the members increased. The church members said that they were trying to lead many of their neighbors, who were yearning for the salvation of God, into the arms of our Mother of love, being changed in mind as broad as the enlarged temple.
Along with the dedication service, the number of members increases day after day because the two churches are delivering Mother’s warm love to their neighbors such as senior citizens living alone, low-income families and so on. The members said, “Thanks to the grace of God the Father and Mother who established this beautiful Zion, we are happier now than any time before,” and revealed their ambitions, saying, “We will please Mother by giving the light of Jerusalem’s glory to all our neighbors in darkness without knowing Mother, and even to the whole world.”
