When I and my wife were sent to here Australia, I fluttered with new hope; but to be frank, in my mind was more worry than expectation. However it didn't last long. While we were doing the will of God, believing that Father and Mother are with us, Melbourne Zion began to be filled with the chosen.
I know all the youth of Zion are devoting themselves to the overseas mission according to the word of God, "Your troops will be willing on your day of battle … you will receive the dew of your youth (Ps 110:3)." In Melbourne Zion as well, the peoples of nations are coming to Zion by the effort of the youth members.

Let me introduce a sister, who stays in Australia with Working Holiday visa. She is a wise and intelligent gospel worker who has ever taken the lead in the gospel in Korea as well.

When my wife and I were being confused in a new place, Melbourne, we met her and were greatly comforted. And we became sure that there must be our heavenly family members in Melbourne, so God sent such a enthusiastic gospel worker to here.

She'd been having an individual worship service holy at every Sabbath and studying the Bible whenever she had time, for Zion hadn't established when she came here. And She'd been teaching the words of the Bible to a young Australian man who'd been boarding himself in the same house. He was finally blessed to become a child of God, and now is attending all the services, sharing the love of God with us.

Later, two youth members came to Australia from Korea, and our conditions became better to sow the seeds of the gospel. Though our language ability was not good enough to preach and we had to memorize all the sentences, we didn't have any fear for not speaking English well, but rather, we were encouraged as we were together.

However, we couldn't reap any fruit for a long time. It might be for the lack of prayer. We were so sorry to grieve the Holy Spirit. So we prayed eagerly with one mind, believing that there must be people who listen to God's voice.

God gave a great gift to the youth members of the dew who are full of passion.

God let them meet two female youths who live near by Zion. They heard the words of the new covenant and promised to come to Zion, saying that it is the truth of God.

As they promised, they came to Zion on the Sabbath day and were blessed to be born again as the children of God. They attended the service that day and said delightfully that they would take their parents to Zion. Although both of them were born in Catholic families and got infant baptism, they realized the truth of the new covenant and are studying the Bible diligently on every service.

Another sister who immigrated from China live near Zion. She used to have a cup of tea with us in Zion even before she got baptized. To her we introduced our Church of God following the teachings of God, and told her about the truth of the new covenant little by little. She didn't seem to be interested at that time, but one day she asked us to let her know the times of worship service.

We only put our minds together to pray for her soul who didn't know the true God for being in wrong religion. One day when the service was just about to start, she appeared. She came to Zion. She was blessed to become a child of God after the service.

Later, an Australian sister who received the truth in New Zealand came to Melbourne and attends our Zion. Like this, our heavenly brothers and sisters are heading toward Melbourne Zion more and more.

Melbourne Zion which has been filled with souls one by one by the blessing from God is now a bit small for us all during the worship. We are still weak and small, but we are giving God gracious praising day by day, and the members, having realized the true God who came to save us in this age, are shouting "Amen" more and more loudly.

In the past, the "White Australia" policy (the policy of excluding all non white people from the Australian continent) was prevalent over this land. However, now they obey the words of God even though the color of the gospel deliverers is different from them. I feel the great authority of God,

I remind Abraham, whom the Apostle Paul testified in Hebrew 11. He went not knowing where to go when God commanded him to go.

Abraham, the father of the faith, left his country for a strange place, believing only the word of God and depending only on God.

" … Leave your country, your people and your father's household and go to the land I will show you. I will make you into a great nation and I will bless you; I will make your name great, and you will be a blessing. … all peoples on earth will be blessed through you (Ge 12:1-3)" Abraham who obeyed the word of God was given a great blessing and received the name, 'the father of many nations.'

We will share the love of God with other peoples in this land where God led us, having faith like that of Abraham. Through all the gospel work which has been achieved in Melbourne Zion until today, God lets me get rid of such a foolish thought, 'In this strange place, can we find our brothers and sisters, overcoming the barrier of the White's culture?' and get lots of enlightenment.

Now, I am convinced that there are many prepared brothers and sisters here, and I am full of willing mind to find the brothers and sisters as quickly as possible and lead them to God I give thanks to Father and Mother wholeheartedly for choosing us and making all the peoples - white, yellow, black - one with the truth of the new covenant.

Our heavenly family in Melbourne Zion have become one already and are ready to seek all the scattered brothers and sisters. Now, the only thing we have to do is to concentrate on searching for our brothers and sisters. We are sure Melbourne Zion will bear abundant fruit of the Holy Spirit by putting into practice all the words of God. We remember God's promise, "According to your faith will it be done to you."
